Very often, working in a workshop or garage, one has to deal with such a problem as a clogged screw thread. To quickly and easily clean the threads, you can make a simple fixture for this.
Of the basic materials for work, you will need a piece of a building corner, a piece of metal sheet and a small spring.
And first of all, it will be necessary to cut a piece about 8-10 cm long from a metal building corner of 30 * 30 mm.
The main stages of work
At the end of the corner, you need to drill a hole, and then make a small slot, in which the saw blade for metal from the hand saw will then be installed. In the canvas itself, you also need to drill a hole.
In another shelf of the corner, you also need to make a cut under the saw blade. Then you need to weld a bolt to the corner (right under the slot), which is cut to size. A spring will be worn on it.
At the last stage, it remains only to make a longitudinal slot in the saw blade, and assemble the entire structure. The spring is put on the bolt, and its free edge is then inserted into the slot in the canvas.
