In this review, the author shows a master class on how to make a stylish outdoor leisure chair with your own hands. For its manufacture, a profile pipe and boards are required (oak or others can be).
The first step is to cut the workpieces from the profile pipe. Of these, the master makes the metal frame of the chair. It has a somewhat unusual shape, and due to this it is very stable.
After the workpiece of the required length and in the required quantity was cut from the profile pipe, we proceed to welding the frame.
The main stages of work
First, we weld two identical parts - the sides of the chair, and then connect them together using horizontal jumpers. Then he welds the armrests - also from the profile pipe.
At the next stage, the author cuts four strips of metal and welds them to the frame. They will need to drill holes for attaching the boards.
The boards themselves are cut to size, polished and varnished. Then we fasten the screws to the welded strips of metal.
In the end openings in the armrests, the author clogs the wooden plugs, which previously also need to be varnished.
