To make a homemade bending mini machine, you need a bearing 6309 with an inner diameter of 45 mm, a pair of bearings 6304 and a metal plate 6 mm thick.
You will also need bolts with M20 nuts, two angles 32x32 mm, a strip of steel and a profile pipe 25x25 mm and 20x20 mm.
First of all, the master makes a cage for bearing 6309 from a strip 25 mm wide. We weld it to the outer cage of the bearing.
After that, we weld together two pieces of the corner. Insert the resulting part inside the bearing and scald.

The main stages of work
At the next stage, we cut two pieces of the profile pipe and a piece of round bar. Three nuts are also required. We weld all the elements together.
From sheet metal with a thickness of 6 mm, a round bar, a bolt with an M20 nut, it is necessary to weld a replaceable "nozzle". To its lower part it is necessary to weld a piece of a profile pipe 25 * 25 mm.
At the last stage, it remains only to make another "nozzle" from a profile pipe 25 * 25 mm and two shelves of the channel.
