We take a container and mix the flour with beer, mix well, cover with something on top and leave it to swell for 2-3 hours.
Salt and spices at the discretion of each housewife, you can immediately add to the batter, or you can sprinkle the rings after removing from the pan. Peel the onions, wash, cut into thin rings. These rings are carefully detachable. When our batter is infused, take each onion ring with a fork, dip it into the batter and lower it into a well-heated pan with a lot of sunflower oil. Fry on both sides until golden brown.
