The transformation of thin strips into a variety of figures and compositions is known as quilling. To master this technique is not difficult, but it is better to start not with the creation of paintings, but with its individual elements. In this workshop we will show how to make a bee.

To work, you need to take:
- 2 strips of black paper (width 5 mm);
- 2 strips of white;
- 1 yellow;
- glue;
- scissors;
- ruler for quilling;
- tool for torsion rolls.

First, take one strip of black and yellow, cut them into 4 equal parts.

Then we glue them, alternating colors.

Twist the roll from the resulting long strip. This will be the body of the future bee. We place the workpiece in the line for quilling.

After that, glue the edge of the roll and give it a drop-shaped shape. Taurus is ready.

Now he will make bee wings. To do this, take a white strip, twist it into a roll and place it in a ruler using a smaller diameter.

We take out and fasten the edge with glue.

We give the roll a drop-like shape, squeezing it with your fingers.

It is required to make 2 such blanks, these will be the wings of a bee.

For the head, you will need to cut a small piece from the remaining black strip (for the bee's antennae).

From the long part we twist a tight roll, it will be the head.

We begin to connect the individual elements of the bee. Glue the wings on the sides of the body.

We fix the head from above.

Fold a small segment of the black strip in half.

Gently twist its tips.

Glue the antennae. Our quilling bee is ready.
