Today in stores what kind of key chains are not for sale: classic, stylish, original with patterns and rhinestones, but you can’t often see smart ones with a screwdriver. However, for those who like to make homemade products, this is not a problem at all, because such a keychain can be made independently. Moreover, this will require a minimum of time and materials.
Where to start and what to do?
For this homemade product it is necessary to use a swivel (in common people - a “fan”), which is often found in the arsenal of professional fishermen and, accordingly, you can buy it in almost any fishing store. The swivel must be cut in half with a grinder or an ordinary hacksaw for metal.
You will also need a holder for bits with a lock connection - you need to cut off the tail part from it, and the head itself needs to be connected with a half swivels. To do this, drill a hole of a suitable diameter into the part, insert the head from the holder there and grab it with welding.
The keys (from the apartment, house or car) are mounted on a half of the swivels, since the connection there is quite reliable, and a part with a belt clip is already inserted into the head from the holder, which is fixed with the lower half of the key fob using a bit. To make such a part, it is necessary to cut a piece of a hollow tube, then make a slot in it, "plant" the bat and grab it by welding.
