For example, from polypropylene pipes you can make a frame for a hacksaw for metal, a convenient "hanger" for a tool, and even plastic protection for the teeth of a hand saw on wood. And for all these homemade products you will need a minimum of time.
Hacksaw frame
For this homemade product you will need three pieces of polypropylene pipe, which must be connected to each other at an angle of 90 degrees using two corners. The longest length should be equal to the length of the canvas, and the shortest should be 15-20 cm.
Next, we make cuts under the blade and drill holes for bolts (or screws) for its reliable fixation. Such a tubular frame is highly durable and at the same time costs almost a penny. And of course, it is very convenient to use.
Tool Hanger
For this homemade product you will need a 2-3-meter-long pipe segment, on which you need to “fit” mounting plastic clips and fix them with self-tapping screws at the same distance from each other. Next, we fasten the pipe itself to the wall and the practical “hanger” for tools is ready.
"Casing" for protecting saw teeth
From a polypropylene pipe we cut a piece of suitable length with a hacksaw, and then saw it along. Then just insert the tool into this plastic "casing" after work. Thanks to this protection, you will not get hurt accidentally when transporting a hand saw.
