The main stages of work
First of all, we cut off a rectangular brass blank, make a marking with a compass and drill a hole in the center. Then on the band saw we round the outer edges, while the upper part of the workpiece should be flat.
Next, mark the side surface with a marker and cut off the excess parts a bit at an angle on the band saw - as a result, a blank of the conical shape should be obtained. Then, using a drill, grind the inner surface.
At the next stage, cut off the upper part and draw a skull with a marker (you can use a template downloaded from the Internet). Further, using different nozzles, we make recesses under the eyes and mouth, and then we round the outer contours of the skull. Lastly, we grind and polish the ring.
