For the manufacture of this useful homemade product, which is useful in a private house, as well as in a summer cottage (especially during repair work and construction), affordable and inexpensive materials will be required:
- profile pipe 25x25 mm;
- profile 20x20 mm;
- equal shelf corner 32x32 mm;
- strip 25 mm wide;
- half inch steel pipe;
- piece of strip 30x6 mm.
The main stages of work
Two pieces of 25 cm long must be cut from a 20X20 mm profile. Then, two identical pieces of 60 mm should be cut from a 30x6 mm steel strip, then we then drill holes with a diameter of 12 mm along the edges of which. In two sections of the profile pipe 20x20 mm, you need to make a recess for the cut plates.
Then insert the plates into the "seats" and weld. At the next stage, two pieces of 30 mm should be cut from a profile pipe 25x25 mm. Next, we drill one hole on the square “sliders” and position holes with the step you need on two levers from a 20x20 mm profile.
Assembly assembly
Two identical pieces of 50 mm must be cut from the corner 32x32 mm, which then need to be welded to the "sliders" from the profile 25x25 mm. The result is two “shoulders”. Further, a telescopic handle is made of a half-inch round pipe, steel strip and profile scraps, to which then “shoulders” are fastened through two connecting plates.
