From scraps of plastic pipes, as well as other improvised materials that often lie idle after repairs in a private house or apartment, you can make a portable mini organizer for the garage and home workshop.

Of the main advantages of this device, it is worth noting the low cost of assembly, as well as ease of use, low weight and compact size, and, of course, the most important thing is multifunctionality.

For the manufacture of such a portable mini organizer for the workshop or garage you will need round billets of plywood (they will be used as the bottom) and cut plastic sewer pipes.

The master also uses pieces of polypropylene pipes (along with tees and corners of suitable diameter) in the process, plastic clips, metal latches and small furniture hinges.

The main stages of work: a step-by-step manufacturing process

First of all, from segments of a polypropylene pipe, corners and tees, it will be necessary to assemble the main frame for a portable mini organizer. For a reliable connection of polypropylene, a welding iron is required.

In fact, this frame is a simple stand on which the remaining elements will be fixed: boxes for different small things and an extension cord with an electric cord.

At the next stage, the master makes boxes: you need to screw the bottom from plywood onto the pieces of plastic pipe.

Then, for the upper boxes from the plugs of a suitable diameter, a lid is made, which is fastened with a loop. It will also be necessary to fix the metal latch so that the lid does not open when carrying the organizer.

After that, plastic clips are screwed to the boxes from the pipe, and assembly is performed. On the front are the boxes themselves (the lower ones without a lid, and the upper ones with a lid), and on the other side of the frame there is an extension coil.
