When working in a garage or workshop, there is always a risk of staining work clothes with fuel oil or machine oil. Soapy water usually does not cope with such spots.
However, there is a simple and effective way to remove a black oil stain on clothes at home without chemicals in just a few minutes.
To remove oil, oil and other greasy stains from clothes, the author uses eucalyptus essential oil. It is affordable and inexpensive.
Step-by-step stain removal process
The first step is to apply a few drops of essential oil to the stain and wait about 1-2 minutes until it is absorbed.
Then we take a cotton pad, drip a few drops of eucalyptus essential oil on it and begin to wipe the stain. Excessive rubbing is not necessary so that the fabric does not form shiny "bald patches."
After getting rid of the stain, you need to wait a bit until the essential oil evaporates completely and the fabric dries.
It usually takes about an hour, sometimes less. If you need to speed up the process, you can dry your clothes with a household hair dryer.
