1. If you opted for fresh cauliflower and broccoli, we take 800 grams, we sort the forks into inflorescences and lower them for 10 minutes in boiling water. Frozen product must be defrosted without boiling.
2. Finely chopped cabbage is better by hand to prevent a puree condition after the food processor.
3. Separate the whites and yolks of the two eggs. Add the yolks to the chopped cabbage.
4. Add to the mass of semolina (4 tablespoons) and flour (3 tablespoons) and mix.
5. Beat whites with a blender in white foam and carefully add to the mass, making careful movements from the bottom up.
6. Put the mass in a greased form.
7. Bake in the oven for 45 minutes at 150 degrees. Serve the dish with sour cream or in pure form.
