The recipe for crackers in the oven has been known for a long time, but still, many connoisseurs note that the crunch is still not the same as that of store counterparts. But if you make bread crumbs in the microwave, it turns out one in one. And no preservatives or flavor enhancers. Try it, everything is quick and easy. You can pick up any seasonings.

  • vegetable oil 2 tbsp
  • curry seasoning 0.5 tsp

Prepare everything you need. Bread will fit even stale. As for the crust, everyone decides for himself, many people like it in crackers, while others prefer only the crumb.

If necessary, cut the bread first into slices about a centimeter thick, and then with oblong cubes, squares or rectangles, in general, if desired. But you should try to make them about the same size so that they dry evenly. Pour curry into vegetable oil, mix.

Put the bread sticks on a flat, flat plate. The one that comes with the microwave is quite suitable. Using a culinary brush, grease the bread with aromatic oil.

Then mix and apply spices on the other side.

Put in the microwave.

Cook at 800 W for 4 minutes, at the same time check and mix for the first time in a minute, and then control every 30 seconds. Also, when the oven door is opened, steam will escape, which contributes to faster drying. At the last stages, follow very closely, you may need to remove those pieces that began to change color.

Serve with any sauce or just like that. You can store at room temperature for up to 3 days, while the bread crumbs in the microwave will dry out more and more.
